Hampden Auto Body works with ALL insurance companies and customers paying for their repairs out of their own pockets.  Hampden Auto Body is listed as a direct repair provider for many insurance carriers.  However, you have the right to choose where you get your vehicle repaired.  You are responsible for payment. Your insurance policy stipulates that your insurance company will pay for damages to your vehicle, less a deductible amount (if applicable) to be paid by you.  You can advise your insurance company to pay Hampden Auto Body directly.  All outstanding payments must be paid in full before you can pick up your vehicle.  Hampden Auto Body will bill insurance companies on your behalf for repair work completed.
