DWD is Currently Hiring for a Customer Support & Administrative/Marketing Associate


Denver Website Designs is seeking an extremely motivated, hardworking and exceptional team player for our Client Support and Admin/Marketing team. This is an entry-level position with huge potential to grow within the organization into social media account management, project management or more.

Successful applicants will have a demonstrated enthusiasm to work hard and learn and a willingness to jump in and help in all aspects of the business. This is a dynamic position and excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment is absolutely critical as you will be working directly with other members of the team in a support capacity.

Initial Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering phones and fielding client requests. You will be the office gatekeeper!
  • Writing & editing content/copy for websites and blogs
  • Conducting site updates within the DWD platform
  • Writing project & marketing proposals
  • Supporting email campaign management, social media management
  • Creating light ad creative in Photoshop 
  • Supporting project management team with other administrative tasks

Required Qualifications – really, required, please have all of them!

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or a minimum of 2 years of experience in a client support role, preferably in a technical environment
  • Friendly, cheerful, energetic individual with outstanding communication skills
  • Polite and professional phone etiquette and must be comfortable speaking directly with clients, this is not a behind the scenes role
  • Excellent business writing and editing skills - ability to formulate descriptive, error-free sentences on a variety of topics
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of SEO best practices, including but not limited to page titles, meta tags, internal and external links, content creation, etc.
  • Basic Photoshop skills and basic html knowledge
  • Social media skills to include experience in a professional environment generating, boosting and promoting posts and ads
  • Familiarity with setting up and managing paid social advertising campaigns very desirable – Facebook, Google, LinkedIn
  • MS Office skills – Word, Excel, Outlook w/ superior typing skills (40+ wpm)
  • Ability to take direction, be flexible to work on new and different projects and prioritize your work responsibilities daily
